| The
concept of cryogenically frozen ice cream (the use of extremely cold
temperatures to freeze ice cream) is an excellent way to lock in the
flavor of the ice cream in a truly unique way. First, it is well known
the faster a product can be frozen, the better it will taste. Using
liquid nitrogen we flash freeze our ice cream in split seconds. Secondly,
normal ice cream must have air whipped into it to enable it to be
scooped
Mini Melts has no air whipped into it. And, finally,
the exciting shapes produced by this process are mouth wateringly
irresistible

Mini Melts ice cream is created by using one of the highest quality
base mixes, used only by other ultra premium ice cream companies.
We challenge you to taste the difference for yourself! We scour the
globe in search of the highest quality ingredients and the most unique
flavors.
The unique and superior flavor of Mini Melts ice cream is enhanced
by storing and serving the product at the extremely low temperature
of 40°C, this creates an outstanding cold sensation while the
ice cream melts in your mouth. We have specially modified all our
freezer storage to maintain this ultra low temperature, which eliminates
freezer burn and stores Mini Melts at its ideal temperature. |

| Tom
Mosey (the President and CEO of Mini Melts) and Nick Angus have
been awarded a United States patent for a method of rapidly producing
cryogenically frozen dessert particles. This patent #6,349,549 was
awarded on 2/26/02 by the United States Patent and Trademarks Office. |

addition to these exciting 16 standard flavors we also offer exclusive
specialty flavors from time to time, for Halloween, Christmas and
Easter. We can also custom make any flavor or color you want with
a 60-gallon minimum order. |

| Distribution |
| One
of the questions commonly asked is how can we ship the ice cream?
We have specially designed shipping containers and we use dry ice
and CO2 snow to move Mini Melts anywhere in the USA by common carriers.
We use CryoPower TM containers to ship large volumes, up to 10,000
gallons, then we have a fleet of Pallet Reefers® which allow us
to ship to larger venues. We use break down boxes to deliver smaller
quantities. Normally we ship on common carriers such as Roadway trucking
but if you need it fast we can ship it fast, either via FedEx or another
overnight carrier. Of course if you want to enjoy the weather in Sunny
South Florida you are more than welcome to come to our factory to
pick up your own ice cream

Tom Mosey |
Tom grew up in the United Kingdom and received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Aston in Birmingham, England. He moved to the United States and received an MBA from the University of Dallas. While living in Dallas he started a publishing company, which was listed in Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the USA. Tom was later nominated by Earnst and Young as Entrepreneur of the Year, and listed in Who's Who of Young American Executives. In 1994, he sold his publishing business to spend more time with his wife, Julie, and new daughter, Samantha.
While concentrating on his property business, Tom Mosey Properties, which has commercial real estate holdings in Texas and Connecticut, a college friend approached Tom with the idea to start an ice cream business in 1995. Wanting to concentrate on his international business background, Tom worked setting up Mini Melts factories around the world. Tom is especially proud to have worked in, and established, Mini Melts in South Korea because he and his wife adopted their son, James, from South Korea in 1999.
Mini Melts has expanded operations to over 20 countries and has been listed in Inc. Magazine, twice, as one of the fastest growing companies in the USA. Believing travel is one of the best forms of education, Tom and his wife Julie decided to home school their children, James and Samantha, allowing the family to travel and continue their schooling as Tom continued to expand Mini Melts around the world.
Choosing Mystic, Connecticut and Hillsboro Beach, Florida as their homes since 1996 allows Tom to conveniently continue his interest in scuba diving. He completed his DSAT technical deep diver certification culminating in a much anticipated deep dive off the coast of Vanuatu.
When in Mystic, Tom enjoys serving with the Rotary Club, Union Baptist Church and on the board of Emerson Theater Collaborative and taking the family pug, Louie, on long walks. |
